The monasteries of Meteora, whom declared a world heritage site, and mount Olympus- the adobe of greek mythology gods, are 160 km from Pelion (nearly 2 hours drive), and you can easily go to a day trip there.

What you won't find in Pelion are attractions in the common sense of that word, like amusement parks or water slides. Motorcycles and SUVs riding are forbidden in mountain area. Things to do in Pelion are integrated in nature and are part of it. If you are looking for an 'all-inclusive' kind of vacation, it is best to adjust your expectations or simply not come and be disappointed
